The Williston Police Department issued a warrant for Jonathan Peter Horvath, and police arrested him around 1pm Monday afternoon in Billings.  Horvath had hitchhiked there, and convinced a local near the interstate to let him stay at their home for the night.  Police were tipped off, and found Horvath in a field nearby after a short foot chase.

Horvath appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court and waived his right to an extradition hearing.  He told the judge" that he just wants to get back there and get the incident taken care of." Its not known at this time exactly when the hand over to North Dakota officials will take place.
