I love movies. Even more than that, I love horror films. They are the best to watch. I can't get enough. I constantly just binge watch horror films on Netflix. So, I thought that before Halloween comes around I would do my Top 5 Horror Films.

    'The Descent'

If you have never seen this film then I applaud you. This film made me frightened not only to never go into the woods but also never go into caves...ever. The story revolves around this group of friends that, after a tragedy, go cave exploring and end up finding more than they bargained for. It's claustrophobic and bone chilling.  Highly recommend this.

    'V/H/S 2'

This movie is several stories in one. It's a sequel, and I also recommend you see the first one. The people that put this films together are some of the best up and coming directors out there. This film freaked me out so much I had to turn on the lights.

    John Carpenter's 'The Thing'

I mean this is a classic film. You have Kurt Russell in the arctic fighting an alien that can look like anybody. This is one of my favorite films of all time.

    'Saw 2'

Yes, another sequel, but this film was built solid after the first one and exceeded my expectations. I mean we finally meet Jigsaw, the serial killer, and his trap is something that will not only make you squirm but give you nightmares.

    'Mimic'

If you hate bugs then this is your film. Guillermo Del Toro, who has directed some amazing films such as Hellboy, Pacific Rim, Pan's Labyrinth and the upcoming horror film Crimson Peak, fully dives into this crazy movie head first. It's about these bugs that evolved into disguising themselves as humans and then murdering them. The thought alone is nerve wracking.
