I live in Manhattan, Montana. If you've been there, you know that food options are fairly limited. The population of Manhattan is growing, and the number of restaurants has been increasing.

Seeing a food truck parked downtown in Bozeman, Missoula, or Billings is a common sight. Montana's small towns don't usually get much love from food truck owners, but Crazy Torta in Manhattan has earned a reputation for serving up some of the freshest and most authentic Mexican food in the state. I highly recommend the pastor or marinated pork shoulder.

You can find the Crazy Torta food truck parked outside of 406 Brewing in Manhattan from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday. The menu includes everything from street tacos to street corn, and I've been impressed with everything I've tried so far. Also, I can't say enough about the great customer service.

The restaurant scene in Montana has improved substantially in 2024. Additions include Bushido Mountain Coffee, Auto Inn Pizza, and Manhattan Depot. If you want to try one of the newest food trucks in Montana, Crazy Torta is a must-visit!
