With the amount of covers Kelly Clarkson has been doing on her tour lately, we can hardly keep up. Sure, she announced that she’d be doing a ‘fan request’ portion during her shows, but girl, chill! There are so many great covers Kelly has done to choose from, and TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’ has made it to the top of our list!

Everyone’s taking quite the trip down memory lane lately. First we had the Spice Girls performing at the 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony, then it was 98 Degrees reuniting on ‘The Today Show,’ and now it’s 98 Degrees again, performing with the Wanted and New Kids on the Block at the first-ever MixTape Festival in Hershey, Penn. We’re not really complaining…

It looks like user submitted cover videos of everyone’s favorite songs is the way to get famous nowadays. Sex tapes are soooo passe. It was really Carly Rae Jepsen‘s ‘Call Me Maybe’ that started the whole trend. Everyone from actor James Franco to shirtless Abercrombie + Fitch boys seemed to jump on the Jepsen train. Throughout the night, 2012 Teen Choice Awards hosts Demi Lovato and Kevin McHale (that dude that plays Artie on ‘Glee‘) teased the audience, mentioning that viewers were asked to submit videos of them singing along to Carly Rae Jepsen‘s hit song ‘Call Me Maybe.’

In the biggest shocker since Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes announced they were divorcing, we kid, Adele, Nicki Minaj and One Direction have some of the biggest-selling albums of 2012 according to the Neilsen SoundScan. So far. But don’t be surprised if these two stay on top for the long haul, because the youngins and not so youngins seem to love One Direction, Minaj, and Adele.

Poor Usher. He can barely catch a break with his actual ex-wife Tameka Foster, as the two are in the middle of a custody battle over their two sons after she claimed he was a terrible father. But now the singer has to deal with a crazed woman claiming to be married to him.  That s— cray. (Are people still saying that?)

We don’t know what’s worse in this situation: the fact that parents, yes, parents — those people whose goal in life is to embarrass you no matter how old you you are — joined together for a 10-minute flash mob, or the fact that they chose to do it to LMFAO and the Black Eyed Peas.

A few days ago we told you all about newest “It-girl” Carly Rae Jepsen’s collaboration with Owl City on a new single called ‘Good Time.’ We only had an 18-second sneak peek of the track then, but now, we have the entire song!

Britney Spears‘ younger sister Jamie Lynn performed a little showcase at 3rd and Lindsley Bar & Grill yesterday (June 14) in Nashville, and the girl sure has grown up since her ‘Zoey 101′ days.

Sigh. Where do we even begin with this nonsense? Carly Rae Jepsen‘s song ‘Call Me Maybe’ has taken off like a bat out of h—, and truth be told, we’ve kind of had enough, especially now that President Obama and Miss USA are on the bandwagon.
