What do you think of the Black Eyed Peas taking a break?

Sounds like The Black Eyed Peas are stopping the party. During a recent performance at Alton Towers in Staffordshire, England, the group announced to a crowd of 17,500 that they will be taking an indefinite break from working together.

Fergie revealed, "We're going to be taking a break just like we did after we released 'Monkey Business' in 2005 until we came back in 2009." Fans need not fear that this is the end of The Black Eyed Peas' era of musical superstardom, though. "This isn't going to be the last time you'll see us," promised the singing sensation.

It was a sentimental moment for all those involved. Fergie called the show "very special," considering that it would be their last time performing together in England "for a long time." "We want you to know that we love you and thank you for the support you've given from the beginning."

Later, bandmate will.i.am confirmed this news on Twitter, writing, "The @Bep will take a break after the beginning...just like we did from monkey business to the e.n.d...but it doesn't mean we stop creating."
