After Saturday's loss at Weber State, the Montana State Bobcats have announced an offensive coaching change. Third-year receivers coach Matt Miller will move to offensive offensive coordinator replacing Bob Cole. Miller will also be the quarterbacks coach.

MSU did not indicate the reason for the change, but their offense has struggled this season. MSU head coach Jeff Choate is quoted on MSUBobcats.com  as saying, "Matt is an excellent football coach who has earned this opportunity. Our offensive production needs to increase, and this is an effort to align our scheme and personnel in a way that we hope accomplishes that goal.

The Bobcats are 2-2 in the Big Sky Conference and will be on the road again this Saturday at Idaho State. Game time is 3:30 p.m.
