Drake Puts ‘I’m On One’ Miami Condos Up for Sale

Hip-hop star Drake is selling his two luxurious Miami condos that were once featured in DJ Khaled‘s video for ‘I’m On One.’ Drizzy put the properties on the market last week reports TMZ. The two neighboring apartments, which he combined into one huge large space, are located in the posh Marquis Residences in downtown Miami.

One unit is listed for $1.9 million and it’s a sprawling 3,800 square feet space with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The other one goes for $600,000 and it’s a smaller space at 1,675 square feet with one bedroom.

Drake bought the condos together in January 2011 for $1.9 million, so the place hasn’t been really broken in by the rapper. If he gets an eager buyer, he could net a windfall of $596,000 on the real estate deal.

We don’t know if the ‘Headlines’ rapper is tired of Miami or if he’s moving to another location in the beautiful hot city. Either way, it looks like Drake is on to the next one.
