In Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Guy Fieri visits restaurants that boast the most unique and popular food fare state-wide. The show visited Bozeman a few years ago and highlighted some of the unique signature dishes from Storm Castle Cafe and Roost Chicken.
These restaurants have been hugely popular with both locals and visitors for many years, so we aren't surprised that they were featured. Nonetheless, the question stands: is there another restaurant that should be featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives? If you ask me, yes.

Though several barbecue restaurants in Montana could be considered, including The Notorious P.I.G. in Missoula, Follow Yer' Nose is one of the best barbecue joints I have ever been to in my life. They make some of the best beef brisket I have ever had. Plus, the baked beans are simply delightful.
It would be cool to see Guy Fieri explore Emigrant, Montana and its small-town personality. Aside from the food, Guy Fieri would be blown away by the scenery as well.
