Here Are The 2 Most Searched Superfoods In Montana
Google is a mecca for information, and what we search for can tell us a lot about the people that search it. One thing we tend to search for, especially during the holidays, is food.
But we're not always searching for cozy recipes. For example, sometimes we search for food that improves certain aspects of health. So which superfood, particularly that is good for your skin, does Montana Google the most?
I won't lie, though Montana's winner is delicious, I was a bit surprised when I saw the stats.
First up on the list:
FIGS. Yes, figs. Who knew? As you can see below, almost all states searched for the same superfood to help with their skin.
In fact, Montanans searched for Figs 1,900 times a month. I'll be honest, I don't think I have ever once searched "figs" on Google. Although it does make sense though that this superfood would be widely loved by Montanans. We care about our health and figs have some really GREAT benefits. Here are just a few:
- Promotes digestive health.
- Rich in antioxidants
- Rich in fiber
What was the 2nd most searched superfood for skin in Montana?
Salmon. This didn't really surprise me. Salmon is delicious and people are always looking for different ways to cook it. Like figs, salmon has its own benefits:
- Rich in omega-3 fatty acids
- Good source of potassium
- Awesome source of protein
- Can help with weight management
Have you ever searched figs or salmon on google? If you answered YES, you are not alone. You are part of the reason these two superfoods are at the top of the list for "Most Searched Superfoods For Skin In Montana".
