Got Horses? This is One of the Greatest Homes in Montana
If you want to feel like John Dutton on the show Yellowstone, this house will fit all your needs.
If there is one area of business that shows no sign of slowing down in Montana, it's the real estate market. Homes and land prices have been steadily rising over recent years. The more land or attributes a house might have, the higher the price.
If you are looking for something specific in a house, such as a horse ranch to train horses, your search will be a little rough.
We found a ranch that would be perfect for someone who wants to set up their horse training facility, but the price is steep.
The Grouse Creek Ranch is tucked away near Bridger Canyon Road, and this place has everything you could ever dream of for a horse ranch. This ranch has a sprawling fifty acres to explore, an arena to train horses any time of the year, and horse stalls that are high quality.
The house is only a two bedroom/two bath but has all the views you could ask for. It's a gorgeous property and seems perfect for many Montanans, but then you look at the price.
The Grouse Creek Ranch is listed at an astronomical $18 million. That seems pricey for only 50 acres of land in Montana, but what this land comes with easily justifies that price. The ranch has a state-of-the-art arena, horse stalls, a private pond, and more. After all of those features, the price seems reasonable.
The only problem with that price is much of Montana could never afford a place like this ranch. It's a fantastic property and a horse trainer's dream, but unless you have $18 million lying around, it's unaffordable.
