If there's one thing that makes this listing appealing, it's the fact that it's located close to the Gallatin River. The trailer is located in the Forest Park Trailer Court near Four Corners. The 660 sq. ft. trailer was fully remodelled in 2017 and updated with bamboo hardwood floors, plush carpeted bedrooms, and more. Many appliances in the trailer are brand new as well. You'll also have private access to the Gallatin River and surrounding trails.

If you're willing to pay that much for a trailer, more power to you. Personally, I don't think it's worth it. However, If you have found yourself running out of options regarding a place to live, you might want to check it out. There's a lot of wildlife that moves through the area on a regular basis, including deer, turkeys, rabbits, and more.

To be honest, it's in a pretty good location. You'd be on the outskirts of Bozeman which isn't such a bad thing. According to the listing, you have to pass a background check before you can purchase the trailer. The listing also refers to the trailer as "perma-glamping" and states that you can minimize your ecological footprint, as the trailer is only 660 sq. ft.
