Is Montana Prepared For This? Tourist Hot Spot Sets Mask Mandate
I feel like I am having Deja Vu.
COVID-19 numbers are on the rise again. They're skyrocketing all over the United States, which has many people and businesses concerned, especially as summer kicks off and there's lots of travel from state to state.
Glacier National Park made an announcement that MASKS ARE MANDATORY IN PARK BUILDINGS REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.
Is this going to be the start of another masked summer? Keeping the community and state safe is obviously going to be the most important concern for all of us, so is this what we need to do?
MONTANA'S CURRENT COVID STATISTICS
Where does Montana stand in the rankings for "Safest States During COVID"?
As you can see, Montana knew what they were doing during the pandemic for the first time and ranks 19th out of all the US states.
Gas prices are on the rise, COVID numbers are on the rise, what will be next? I can't help but attempt to try and keep a positive attitude, but to be honest, it is getting a bit difficult.
Can we survive another pandemic where businesses are shut down, jobs are lost, and mental health diminishes? No, I don't think we can.
Will more businesses and National Parks follow in the steps of Glacier National Park and start a mandate? I guess only time will tell, but my guess is...we should most likely plan for a mask-filled summer.
