People living in Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley are some of the most generous folks you'll come across.  Each year, residents of our area give millions of dollars to local non-profits, which in turn help out others in our area and across Montana.

One of the easiest ways to give is happening over the next 24 hours as it's time again for Give Big.

Give Big is entering its 10th year, and over the last 9 years, the folks of our community have given over 14 million dollars that have benefited more than 400 different organizations. The annual event is the biggest one-day fundraiser in the area.

This year's Give Big kicks off at 6 pm on May 2nd and goes through 6 pm on May 3rd.  Last year, the 24-hour event raised 2.92 million dollars for 250 different local non-profits, and the organizers of the event hope that this year is even bigger.

What is this year's goal for Give Big?

This year's goal is 3 million dollars and there will be 260 different organizations that folks can donate to. One of the coolest parts of the 24-hour fundraiser is that many groups and businesses will match your donation.

Whether your passion is kids, veterans, or animals, you will find an organization that will greatly benefit from your donation. If you want to see the different organizations that you can donate to, click here for a list of all the participants.
