Montana Town Named One Of The Safest For World War 3

If you are the type of person who watches the news, you've no doubt heard about the potential of World War 3 over the last several weeks.

Russia is in Ukraine, Israel and Iran have been bombing each other, there is the talk of trade wars and tariffs, and folks are protesting in the streets in major American cities. Heck, we even had "No Kings Day" protests on the Army's Birthday.

For many, these troubled times are a sign of things to come.

Of course, people have been "predicting the end" since the beginning. But let's just say this time it does hit the fan and we have a full-blown war. What would you do? Do you have a plan? Are you prepared with the supplies that you would need to survive? Or would you rather be a casualty and get it over with?

Is Montana a good place to be during a war?

The social site American Expedition came out with the Top 25 Safest Towns in the U.S. to go if WW3 breaks out, and a Montana town made the list. Now, I'm a little conflicted because I've always heard that Montana is the last place you want to be. I mean, we have Malmstrom Air Force Base, which is a HUGE target, but that is in case of a nuclear war.

So, maybe their thinking WW3 won't go nuclear? Who knows, but as mentioned, if you're looking for a safe place to hang out, this popular Montana town might be a safe bet.

Bozeman makes the list of the Top 25 Safest Towns for World War 3.

I know what you're thinking, "Oh great, another reason for transplants to move here", but I am curious as to what makes Bozeman so safe? I mean, is it the mountains? The forests? The airport? The surrounding area?

When I think of Bozeman, I don't necessarily think of a bunch of folks hunkered down with the ability to live off the grid; I think more of folks driving fancy SUVs and wearing athleisure wear that costs a fortune while drinking a 12 dollar coffee and buying everything in bulk at Costco on their way to play pickleball.
