The folks at Terra View USA asked AI to create a list of the Most Miserable Towns in Montana, so it did. In fact, it created a list of the Top 15. I'm not going to go down the whole list, but I will let you know that the town that took the top spot might surprise you.

Which Montana town is the most miserable?

If I were to ask you, a random person living in Montana, which town was the most miserable, what would you say? For bigger towns, I think most people would go with Billings or Butte (both lovely towns with lovely people). For smaller towns, there are a handful of those as well. Below are just a few of the towns that made the list:

  • Glasgow
  • Hardin
  • Havre
  • Great Falls

But which town is the most miserable? Which town takes the top spot? According to AI, the most miserable town in all of Montana is...Bozeman. Yep, Bozeman. Now, for some of you Bozeman haters, I'm sure you'll agree, but for the rest of us, I think we might be a bit shocked. Bozeman? Really?

I live in Bozeman, and I don't find it miserable at all. I find it expensive. I find it filled with folks who sometimes have a bit of an attitude. But miserable? Not at all.
