Now that "tourist" season is winding down, it's a great chance for locals and those who aren't huge fans of crowds to see all that Montana has to offer.

If you're anything like me, the idea of trying to enjoy the beauty of God's creations among 15,000 other people can be a bit of a drag, and while folks come to The Treasure State all year long, with the summer months behind us, it allows for a little elbow room across Big Sky Country.

Montana has a ton to see and do; however, according to one source, two of its natural wonders make the list of "America's 30 Must-Visit Destinations."

Keep in mind, that the list isn't just "natural" places like Times Square in NYC, Walt Disney World in Florida, and the Las Vegas Strip are all in the Top 10.  However, so is one destination that is located right here in Montana.

Which Montana location made the Top 10 for America's Must-Visit Destinations?

According to Finance Test, that would be Yellowstone National Park.  Now, I know that some knucklehead out there is going to say "Only part of Yellowstone is actually in Montana" and I'm aware of that. However, the original entrance to the park was the Gardiner entrance in Montana, so we're going with it.

Yellowstone was ranked 5th on the list, but as mentioned above, wasn't the only Montana attraction that made the Top 30. Before we reveal the final location, let's look at some of the most stunning National Parks just outside of Montana.

What's the other "Must See" Montana location?

It certainly won't come as a surprise that Glacier National Park also made the list, what is a surprise, is the fact that it was ranked towards the bottom. Coming in 27th, Glacier is one of the most stunning places I've ever been to.  Granted, I haven't been to every place that made the list, but I've been to several and I would rank Glacier in the Top 3 if it was up to me.
