When you think about life goals, the usual answers come to mind—own a home, start a family, maybe travel overseas a bit. You knowthe standard stuff. But for some people, dreams look a little different. A little bigger. Like climbing Mount Everest. And if you're Emma Schwerin—who, by the way, is still a teenager—it's not just Everest. It's tackling seven of the world's tallest peaks.

Climbing the Seven Summits is one of the most hardcore achievements in the mountaineering world. It means summiting the tallest peak on each of the seven continental landmasses. It's grueling, dangerous, and reserved for the most determined climbers on the planet.

If you manage to pull it off, you earn a spot in the exclusive "Seven Summits Club."
