Ahh yes, the good ol days of spring break. The excitement of having a week off of school and getting to do whatever you want and travel...if you can. I always had to work so I would just listen to all the stories when my friends returned their trip to Florida, Mexico, and beyond.

Times have definitely changed and more students and families are actually using that week in March as an opportunity to actually get away and enjoy the break.

When planning your spring break trip, there are always a couple destinations that you get stuck on. Which one should you choose?

I have personally been to three of these spots, Maui, Cabo, and Las Vegas. I actually really like Cabo. For the price, Cabo was also the most affordable.

If you have never been to Key West, Florida, it's definitely a must! There are also cruise ships that leave from there and you could possible book a day or two trip to the Bahama's.

Whatever you do for your spring break this year, just make sure you take some time to actually enjoy it and allow for some "me time".
