Is Taylor Swift Buying Land In Montana? Seriously?

I realize that it's April the 1st, so anything published today should probably be taken with a grain of salt. However, one source is claiming that the biggest pop star in the world is looking to buy land here in Montana.

Montana is no stranger to the rich and famous. Several celebrities call Montana home, at least part of the time. Whether they live in the Yellowstone Club or have a private ranch, Montana is a great place to get away from all of the hustle and bustle of the city.

So, it wouldn't be a huge shock to learn that Taylor Swift is looking to buy property here in Montana. After all, the billionaire has homes and property in several locations.

What is shocking is that according to Snow Brains, the pop mogul is not only planning on buying property in Montana but building a private ski resort on that land.

According to the article, Swift is looking to buy land just outside of Bozeman. Snow Brains states that the property is 520 acres and located in the Gallatin Range, directly east of Big Sky Ski Resort, and runs north and south between Bozeman and Yellowstone National Park.

Of course, Bozeman has its fair share of celebrity sightings and for those that pay attention, you'll certainly see several private jets flying in and out of the airport daily. So can we soon expect to see Tay Tay walking around in downtown Bozeman? Would Montanans welcome Swift to the state?

Once again, I caution folks to remember that today is April 1st and while the article doesn't specify that it's an April Fool's Joke, to all of those Montana Swifties out there, I wouldn't hold my breath.
