Jay Leno Sued Over Joke On Tonight Show [VIDEO]

It's in the news today - Jay Leno is personally being sued over a joke on the "Tonight Show" last week.  The joke was a stab about presidential hopeful Mitt Romney and his abundant wealth.  The people actually attempting the court battle are the folks in India.  Here's a clip of the joke, what do you think?  Do you think this was wrong?  Do you think they have the grounds to sue?
