JC Penney Admits Mistakes In New Commercial (VIDEO)

In what I believe is a first, a major clothing company has admitted their mistakes and is asking consumers to come back in and see what has changed since "they listened" to their customers complaints.

JC Penney has been having difficulty for some time.  Their earnings are way down.  They tried to offer everyday low prices, but failed to win over consumers.  Check out this ad.  Did you shop at JC Penney, have you stopped, and will you give them another chance?

I like JC Penney.  Especially their shoe department.  I get CUTE boots that seem to last a fair amount of time for a great price.
