
New Details Emerge in Frantic Search for Missing Montana Woman
Authorities are searching for a 42-year-old woman from Missoula, Montana.
The search for Nicole Heimer, a 42-year-old resident of Missoula has intensified in recent days. The Missoula County Sheriff's Office issued an update on Monday afternoon.

Heimer was reported missing on April 22. Her vehicle had reportedly been parked at the Sawmill Gulch trailhead in the upper Rattlesnake area since April 15.

Over two-dozen personnel, including Missoula County Search & Rescue have logged over 250 miles and 150 hours searching for Heimer.
In coordination with multiple agencies, Missoula County Search and Rescue (MCSAR), working alongside the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office, Missoula Police Department, and the U.S. Forest Service, conducted an extensive search of the Rattlesnake Recreation Area and surrounding backcountry to locate Nicole Heimer.
Unfortunately, Nicole Heimer is still missing, but search crews are committed to utilizing every available resource in the continued effort to locate Heimer and bring answers to those who care about her.
The Missoula Police Department is asking for assistance from the public to locate Nicole Heimer.
Nicole Heimer is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. There is significant concern for her well-being.
