Warning! Recall Issued For Popular Laundry Detergent in Montana

A popular laundry detergent sold at several stores in Montana has been recalled due to safety issues regarding defective packaging. The recall pertains to certain types of detergents made by Procter & Gamble, and consumers are urged to secure the recalled bags and keep them out of the sight and reach of children.

Laundry detergent comes in several different forms including liquid, powder, and pods. Products like Tide Pods have been growing in popularity since they were introduced to consumers. They usually take up a lot less space than a traditional jug of liquid laundry detergent. In a world of convenience, pods fit right in.

If you use Tide Pods, Ace Pods, of Gain Flings, you need to check the packaging. The United State Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for 8.2 Million defective bags of detergent packets that were manufactured between September 2023 and February 2024.

The outer packaging on the products listed above is defective and doesn't seal properly. If the laundry detergent packets are ingested, it can cause serious injury to children and other vulnerable individuals. Bags with bags with 12 to 39 laundry detergent packets have been recalled. The products were sold at Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Family Dollar, and other major stores across America.
