This is a pretty cool study. Money-rates.com did a study, looking at the best places to get a college education, start a career and live on a low budget with low wages. They ranked all 50 states and it's pretty informative.

It's great to see that Montana is in the top five and has really great attributes for millennials. The big case for Montana is that it's the second lowest in the nation for in-state tuition.

The worst state is Washington with really high unemployment for millennials and high rent. But not far behind is California, Arizona, and Vermont.

The craziest part about this is that North Dakota and South Dakota are one and two, according to these categories.
