Viral Video Of Emerging Montana Singer On American Idol

On Sunday night's episode, Trenton Wright, a flight test engineer from Helena, Montana, delivered a breathtaking performance of Hall & Oates' Rich Girl, and judges were blown away.

Wright says that his audition could be a "life-changing" moment. During his performance, he appeared a little nervous, and Luke Bryan joined him on stage to provide guidance.

The other judges appeared to enjoy the performance. Afterwards, Carrie Underwood gave Wright some advice, saying he needs to work on being more comfortable and confident.

Luke Bryan told Wright that he looks like Luke Grimes' little brother. Grimes plays the role of Kayce Dutton on the popular TV show Yellowstone.

Wright listened to judges as they gave him advice on how to improve his performance.

I'll work my butt off. I promise that.

Wright said.

When it came time to vote, all of the judges voted yes and agreed that Wright had what it took to advance to the next round. He was given a Golden ticket.
