As the population of Montana continues to grow, so does the number of hotels and hospitality offerings. One city that has been making headlines is Bozeman. The city has been growing at a rapid pace, and seeing hotels and apartment complexes under construction has become a common sight.

Each year, the folks at Travel & Leisure Magazine highlight the top destinations, hotels, resorts, airlines, cruises, and more in the World's Best Awards. The awards are based on actual reviews from readers, where travelers rate their experiences based on criteria such as service, quality, value, and overall satisfaction.

In the 2024 ranking, Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, Montana was named one of the best all-inclusive resorts in the world. It was one of 16 resorts selected in the U.S.

Now, a luxurious hotel in Montana has been nominated. The Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman is in the running for the world's best hotel. The hotel opened in 2020, and is one of the most unique in the state. The original building was a National Guard Armory built in 1941 by local architect Fred Willson.

The hotel features 122 rooms, an upscale restaurant, and a rooftop pool and bar, known as the Sky Shed.

Unfortunately, the voting period for the survey has ended, and the results won't be revealed until August.
