A video of a person in which their face or body has been digitally altered so that they appear to be someone else, typically used maliciously or to spread false information.

It's important to not believe everything you see on the internet. Make sure you do your research to make sure what you see isn't created by artificial intelligence.

Some images created by AI aren't intended to mislead or spread false information. In fact, some of them are completely harmless.
