New 45,000 SF Development Project Planned For Bozeman
A new multi-use development is planned in a historic neighborhood in northeast Bozeman.
Construction on the Wildlands Development Project is scheduled to begin in March. Wildlands will be located in Bozeman's North East Historic Mixed-Use District and is expected to open in fall 2023. The Wildlands Project is being developed by Outlaw Real Estate Partners. Bozeman-based 45 Architecture is the architect.

Special care is being taken not to impact the vibrant public spaces around the existing site. The intent is to only improve on them and enhance current establishments’ opportunities and provide the community with more engaging spaces.
said 45 Architecture in a statement regarding the Wildlands Development Project.
Wildlands is a mixed-use renovation and is an expansion of the existing building located on the corner of Peach Street and Wallace Avenue in Bozeman. The project will add 45,000 square feet to the building where Wild Crumb Bakery and Fink's Delicatessen are located. The new expansion will feature residential and commercial space. The project will also feature a designated parking area.
There will be 12 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom units residential units. The unit will range from 1,527 to 2,305 sq. ft. and a 700 sq. ft. rooftop deck with spectacular views of the Bridger Mountain range is one of the many perks for residents.
The project isn't expected to have a negative impact on businesses already in the area. According to Outlaw Real Estate Partners, Wild Crumb and Fink's will remain open during construction.
