New Food Truck Coming to The LARK Bozeman

Our minds are racing on what could possibly be added to this spot due to that they have had two stellar food choices in the past.

So I was walking around downtown Bozeman the other day and I noticed that Genuine Ice Cream streamline trailer was gone from The LARK Hotel. All that was left on the concrete pad was this sign.

This got me wondering what could possibly be getting added to The LARK this upcoming summer. Will the LARK open their own food truck in this location or will they add one of the fantastic food trucks here in the Gallatin Valley? These are all questions that I need answered soon.

This location at the LARK Hotel has been home to two pretty successful food spots from Victory Tacos(they are dearly missed) to the Genuine Ice Cream Co. Both of these choices were great because they offered something during the late spring through early fall that people can enjoy while they are walking around downtown Bozeman. Genuine Ice Cream Co. got so popular they opened a storefront location just down the street off of 5th and Main.

If it was my choice I would love to see a Gallatin Valley food truck take this spot. We have so many that deserve a prime location like this one at The LARK in Bozeman. My top contenders would probably be Knuckle Truck, Mo' Bowls or even The People's Sandwich. These would all love the downtown exposure and high traffic.
