That’s beginning to change. A new Thai restaurant recently opened in Bozeman, and a lot of people have been raving about it. I decided to stop in to see what all of the hype was about.

Khanom Thai BZN just opened in Bozeman. It's located at 33 W. Hailey Springs Rd on the west end of town. From fragrant curries to a variety of rice and noodle dishes, the menu is designed to bring true Thai spice and soul to a city hungry for more international flavors.

I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and decided to stop in for dinner. I ordered the Fresh Roll as an appetizer to start, and ordered the Kra Pao Kai Dao for dinner. I requested a little extra spice because I like it hot.

Overall, I had a great experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and full of flavor.

With Bozeman’s dining scene growing more diverse every year, the arrival of this new Thai restaurant feels like a welcome step forward. For a community that has long had limited options for authentic Thai cuisine, it offers something both fresh and deeply satisfying.
