If you watch Football on TV, you know that there have been major changes in the past couple of years to the rules - to help decrease head injuries to the players.  Well now the situation hits home.  A former Three Forks High School Football Player has sued Three Forks High for the head injuries he sustained during his high school football career.

Kim and Joseph Rouchleau filed the claim in Gallatin County District Court on Thursday, alleging their son’s coaches were negligent when they sent Michael Rouchleau back in to practice with the team, despite his doctor’s orders.

The documents go on to say that Michael and another player suffered concussions during practice and were told by doctors to not practice for 11 days.  The parents claim that the football coaches knew this, and yet "told Michael that if he wanted to play varsity, he would have to get off the bench and run some plays,” which he did. He then was hit again and had to be carried off the field.
