Beyonce and Jay-Z‘s baby girl has only been in the world for a few hours, and yet, she’s already created mass confusion on the internet. While many of the initial reports cited her name as Ivy Blue Carter, it was later revealed that baby Carter’s name is in fact Blue Ivy — which Gwyneth Paltrow has since confirmed via Twitter.
