‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ the much-hyped new installment in Christopher Nolan’s Batman series, is currently shooting in Pittsburgh where paparazzi and fans have swarmed the set. Over the weekend, Steel City residents — including one lucky pair of newlyweds – got a good look at the camouflage-edition Batmobile that will be featured in the movie.

Do you watch the Anitique Road Show?  ~Erin When the popular PBS program ‘Antiques Roadshow’ rolled through Tulsa, Oklahoma this weekend, a local man got some truly life-changing news. His five Chinese carved cups, made from rhinoceros horns, are worth between $1-1.5 million — a ‘Roadshow’ record.

She has a successful fashion line and she has children, so it’s only natural that Gwen Stefani would launch a line for kids, right? The ‘Hollaback Girl’ herself is launching a collection for Target called Harajuku Mini, a line that will include  Japanese anime-inspired getups for tweens, kids and babies.

I am always inspired by people who accomplish the huge task of loosing a significant amount of weight to become healthy.  And this story has such a fun ending - after loosing over 100 lbs, this lovely lady was crowned Miss South Carolina...

I am an only child - and a typical girlie one at that.  Spoiled, self-centered, love pink, don't like to share.. all describe me. The one person in my life who did everything in his power to change this, is my cousin Cody.  When we were young he would do whatever he could to "push my buttons", BUT also taught me the finer things, the fun things, about growing up on a farm.

What is it that makes your world go 'round?  Is it your children, your family, work, a hobby?  For everyone it's something different.  For me, no doubt about it - it's my three crazy dogs. People have different views on pets, but to me these 3 bring  me happiness on a daily basis.

Would you like a "virtual" grocery store?  I don't think it would be all that bad!  BUT - not crazy of the thought of these on every corner.  Do you think this would make life easier? Thoughts!?!  ~ Erin Grocery shopping is one of those necessary evils for most of us...
