What three states have worse dental health than Montana?

District of Columbia is ranked 3rd worst for dental care.

Illinois comes in 2nd.

Wisconsin ranks NUMBER 1 for the state with the worst dental care.

Having good dental care isn't a hard task. Brush twice daily (minimum) and floss daily. It shouldn't be too difficult to keep those pearly whites healthy. There are certain areas in the U.S. where the communities water source is rough on your dental hygiene and genetics can play a factor in your oral hygiene as well.

If you have been putting off going to the dentist because it is not your favorite life responsibility, think of your health and your smile. You should be confident and proud and not insecure about your smile.

I still say Montana is full of beautiful smiles, so this study actually shocks me a bit. There is always next year to move down on the list.

Keep on smiling Montana!
