Well, perhaps "playing" isn't the most accurate term.

"Battling" might work better, though at least a few of these pups seem to really love the keep-the-balloon-in-the-air game, just like kids do. We suppose trying to pop as many balloons as possible as fast as possible could qualify as "playing" too, so maybe we were right after all.
