What started out as a celebration, ended poorly last night in outside of Los Angeles.  Between 8,000 and 10,000 people were in the crowd waiting for the annual firework show in a Simi Valley Park.  Just as the fireworks started, the platform holding the pyrotechnics gave out, sending the exploding fireworks into the crowd...

If you have already purchased fireworks from local fireworks booths you may have noticed a DUI message on your bag. The Montana Department on Transportation wants to reach and remind as many people as possible to not drink and drive this holiday weekend, so they donated bags to the local booths with the DUI message.

How have I lived 26 years without seeing something like this before? The only problem is, my monitor isn't big enough to support the awesomeness to the fullest!
