What if Men & Women Switched Roles At The Gym (VIDEO)
This is hilarious! It's no secret that I really don't like the gym. Don't get me wrong, I like working out, but this video shows EXACTLY what I hate about the average gym.

By nature, the gym isn’t usually a place that smells good, since it’s where people go to work out and to get sweaty and dirty while burning calories.
I am not going to lie - I hate the gym. I go, I do exactly what I have to do, and I go home. Then today I came across this article today that talks about the 10 people you find at the gym, and it literally takes the words out of my mouth of the things that drive me nutso while working out! What person on here do you think is the funniest? Most annoying? Is there anything that is missing from this list that you see at the gyms here in Bozeman?
When it comes to food, would you rather know how many calories you’re ingesting or how much treadmill time it’ll take to burn off the calories?
Think carefully because some now believe displaying the amount of jogging time needed to burn off the calories from a sugary drink — instead of just showing a calorie count — may be more effective in dissuading you from drinking those beverages.
Boo on week 3. To give you a little catch up, I was in the silly car wreck that has really been difficult for me to recover from. I am at the point where now I am working out a little 6 days a week, and I really struggle getting through the plan most days. I know I am making progress, especially in the repair of my back and neck ligaments, but its a very difficult process to go through. Week 3 absolutely sucked. I got an F, my body got and F, it was one ginormous boo.
Its going slow - way TOO slow. I want what I want when I want it, so this isn't fitting into my plan! The weights were a little easier this week, but I am just so sore everywhere! It's a big boo. However, I did feel like I at least looked like I belonged. It only took about 3 times of going until I remembered everything I wanted while there - headphones, the right tennis shoes, book, water ...
You know what I am talking about. You have been out of the gym for a long time, and you take the big step to walk in the front doors. From that moment on you feel like you have a ginormous lighted sign above your head that says first day back, I don't know what I am doing, look at me mess it all up. When in reality, no one probably even notices!
