The Directioners went crazy, crazy, crazy at the record stores and digital retailers this week, as they gobbled up -- make that "took home" -- 540,000 copies of One Direction's sophomore set 'Take Me Home.' The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 by landslide margin over its closest competitors and landed the third biggest sales week of 2012.

One Direction released the video for their new single, "Little Things." These guys are on a roll and are currently THE boy band all the teenagers seem to love. Their upcoming album, Take Me Home, will be released on November, 13.  What do you think of the new tune...

And so it begins! The 2012 Video Music Awards started off with quite a bang, thanks to host and comedian Kevin Hart, who by the way, left no celebrity unscathed during his opening monologue. After the stage diving into the crowd, he announced the arrival of Katy Perry to give out the first onstage award of the evening for Best Pop Video.

One Direction cutie Liam Payne has dealt with a pretty significant health problem for most of his life.  Payne, who turns 19 at the end of this month, had a sole working kidney, which was likely due to being born prematurely. However, he got some good news regarding his organs and found out both are working now.

While it’s normally all love between Justin Bieber and One Direction, with Beliebers and Directioners hoping for an eventual duet between the teen idol and the boy band — OMG! COULD YOU IMAGINE?! — the Biebs is on record saying that’d be able to take any one of the 1D boys out if they went mano y mano. Say what?

‘American Idols Live!‘ kicked off its first tour stop with a bang. This past season’s hopefuls opened their tour in Detroit and covered a little old tune you may have heard once or a twice: ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ by One Direction.

Uh oh. We all know Harry Styles of One Direction loves cougars, but apparently not everyone is okay with that. Like, say, a certain cougar’s husband. Yikes!

Everyone brings some kind of baggage to a relationship, whether it’s a past divorce, personal struggles, or, like what might be the case with One Direction’s Harry Styles, koala chlamydia. Him and his fellow boy band member Liam Payne fear they might have contracted the illness from when a koala peed on them during their Australia-New Zealand tour. Whoops!
