2012 Customer Service Hall Of Shame List Announced

Every year, MSN Money compiles a list of the companies that consumers say have the worst customer service.  These are very popular businesses, and I myself use 2 of them on the list.  Who would you add?  Have you ever had positive experiences with any of these customer service reps?
