There's a lot to love about Montana. Every morning, I wake up and remind myself how incredibly fortunate I am to call Montana home. Montana is hands down one of the best states in the country, and there are a lot of reasons for that.

One of the things I love the most about Montana is how easy it is to get away from it all. Everyone gets overwhelmed with the day-to-day grind every now and then and feels the need to unplug and escape. There are many places in Montana that give you a feeling of peace and serenity and we all need that on occasion.

It's fairly easy to get frustrated and angry if you spend much time watching TV or scrolling on social media. There's a lot of negativity and name-calling, and in my opinion, life's too short for that.

Summertime in Montana is a great time to get outside and explore all of the beautiful scenery. If you do plan on heading outdoors, it's incredibly important to keep places as nice as we found them. Don't litter, stay on marked trails, be mindful of others, be kind, and make sure you don't leave a campfire burning. Those are just a few simple ways to ensure that the places that we love will be here to be admired by future generations.
