It was a typical Friday late morning when Dennis, our Chief Engineer, walked into the studio to say - "You gotta come watch THIS!"

Walking outside the building and directly across the street on Mendenhall, we saw a service truck that had become stuck trying to enter the underground parking garage. Its drive wheels just spun and spun on the ice.
