Time Lapse Sunflower Seedling [VIDEO]

This time of year is tough for gardeners and to celebrate the two trays of seeds that I planted today, here's a quick video of one the EASIEST flowers to start indoors - Sunflowers!

I'm determined to start mine earlier inside so that they're mature before our first snow or frost this Fall. This past year, ALL of my sunflowers were killed off within a week of their beautiful blooms being allowed to open.

Although many websites will advise you to direct sow them in the ground after the threat of frost (as with a lot of other varieties), my experience has been VERY good starting them indoors and gently transplanting them outside when the time is right.
