Christmas Tree Recycling Locations in Bozeman

When you're ready to un-deck the halls, remove everything from your Christmas tree but LEAVE IT WHOLE to be recycled at these Bozeman area locations.

Recycling your Christmas tree is super easy!

This is a courtesy service so please do not include ANYTHING else besides whole Christmas trees.

Per the City of Bozeman:

Only compost material can be used, so trees must be free of any decorations, hardware, lights, etc.
It is best to leave the trees in whole pieces. It's easier to handle.
Wreaths and garlands are not accepted because they get tangled in equipment. Please dispose of these items with your household garbage.

You can recycle your whole Christmas tree at the following locations:

BMX Park (on Tamarack)
Christie Field (on Mason Street)
Softball Complex (lower parking lot on Haggerty Lane)
Regional Park (north side of Oak across from Yellowstone)

Republic Services will be providing containers in which you may dispose of your Christmas Tree in an environmentally friendly manner, free of charge!
