Here’s How I Celebrated My 5 Year Anniversary in Bozeman
June 16, 2016, was my official start date at Townsquare Media in Bozeman. It's hard to believe that I've been keeping you company on the radio for five years. To be honest, I've enjoyed every minute of it. I love living in the Bozeman area, and all that it has to offer.
I lived in Bozeman for a short time after high school but ended up moving back to Boise, ID. When I got the opportunity to move back, I couldn't turn it down. Bozeman may be really expensive, but it's also a really great place to live.
Over the past five years, I've experienced quite a bit. I was hired to do the afternoon show on 100.7 XL Country, which I still do today. I also spent some time on-air at 94.7 The Moose. Now, I am Brand Manager for Bozeman's Best Mix, MY 103.5. I do the workday show on MY 103.5, and the afternoon show on 100.7 XL Country.
During my time in Bozeman, I have made a lot of great friends and made memories that will last a lifetime.
For my 5 year anniversary, I wanted to treat myself. I wanted to do something to commemorate the occasion. I've been searching for an Xbox Series X since it was released around Christmas time. Due to the pandemic, they have been really hard to find and in short supply.
Last night, I read the GameStop was planning on restocking the Xbox Series X in their stores. When I arrived at GameStop on N. 19th Ave in Bozeman at 10:45 a.m., there was already a line out front. There were a total of 14 Xbox Series X consoles available, and when I was given a number, I was number 14. I literally got the last one.
If you've been trying to hunt down an Xbox Series X, it can be really alert. If you have Twitter, there's an Xbox Restock page that's updated as new inventory is made available. It's really useful. If you need help finding an Xbox Series X, click here to check it out.
