Was I surprised by the results? Absolutely not! I know how proud Montanans are and this just proves it. If you are not from here and just visiting, you will notice that there are a lot of American Flags and veteran license plates.

To find out how patriotic we are, WalletHub used a couple of different factors. How many veterans we have, how many active enlistees, volunteers, and volunteer hours, and the list goes on. You can get the full list of factors used to determine Montana's patriotism here.

Way to go Montana! Ranked number two out of all the states is AMAZING! I am very proud to be in a state that makes the top 5 and to make the top 2 is even better.

With America's birthday quickly approaching, being ranked number two in "Most Patriotic States" just puts the icing on the cake for why Montana is amazing. Thank you to everyone, man or woman, who has fought to give us the freedom we have. Your bravery will never go unnoticed.
