Beautiful New Wine Bar Is A Surprising Treat In Bozeman’s Mall

It's been a while since I was excited about a new business in Bozeman's Gallatin Valley Mall. However, that has changed with the addition of a new wine bar and tapas restaurant called City Vineyard.

"Our spacious and bright 5,000 square foot location is home to a full tasting lounge, gourmet food market, a beautiful wine library with over 10,000 bottles and 40 feet of beer coolers stocked with top craft beers from around the world." (City Vineyard)

What exactly are tapas? Tapas are basically small plates of tasty food and snacks. The Spanish consider them appetizers, that when ordered with friends should be shared (but don't have to be). Quite frankly, I love tapas. They're the best thing to ever happen to Happy Hour.

There's another location of City Vineyard located in Billings that has apparently been open since 2000. The Billings location is 1335 Golden Valley Circle, Billings - just off of Grand Avenue, across from Albertsons.)

This new Bozeman City Vineyard location is at the Gallatin Valley Mall, in the new redeveloped area just west of Barnes & Noble. The mall is beginning to look drastically different, which is the very point. The addition of a wine and tapas restaurant is a welcome addition in my book.

• The Bozeman location of the City Vineyard bar and store have slightly different hours.
• The bar itself is open Monday through Saturday 11am to 10:00pm, and Sundays 11:00am to 9:00pm
• The store is open Monday through Sunday 10:00am to 8:00pm
• Specialty foods that are offered include: Gourmet cheese, Charcuterie, In-house baked bread, Crackers and accompaniments, Seasonal wraps, melts, and paninis.
• WINE: Nearly 10,000 bottles, with over 2,000 choices.
• WINE: More than 90 really great wine options at the under $20 price point.
• City Vineyard also offers a monthly Wine Club with Gold and Silver options.
