The MSU men's basketball games against the UM Grizzlies have been canceled. The teams were scheduled to face off for a back-to-back series on Thursday, January 28th, and Saturday, January 30th.

The official announcement from Learfield stated:

Our MBB game scheduled for this weekend against Montana has been postponed. . . Our MBB game for tomorrow 1/28 is cancelled as well.

There has been no word yet on the women's games being affected by this cancellation. Right now they are scheduled to be played on Thursday and Saturday on KMMS 1450 AM.

The men's games were originally expected to open in Missoula on Thursday at Dahlberg Arena and then close out in Bozeman on Saturday at Worthington Arena. There has been no announcement on when or if these games will be rescheduled.

The Bobcats are undefeated in conference play for the first time in 34 years.  Montana State moved to 6-0 in the Big Sky after sweeping Northern Arizona this past weekend. The Bobcats now have a 9-3 record overall.

Next week, the Bobcats are expected to face off against Weber State on Thursday, February 4th, and Saturday, February 6th. Weber State is currently 2-2 in the Big Sky Conference with a 7-4 record overall.
