Montana Folk Festival 2016 – Butte, Montana

The Montana Folk Festival - one of the largest, FREE festivals in the Northwest returns to Butte, Montana on July 8th - 10th, 2016 and we've got the details.

Join us in historic Butte for the 6th installment of the MONTANA Folk Festival, after 3 years of the NATIONAL Folk Festival being held in the same location.

Butte took the momentum of the NFF and kept it's atmosphere, creating the Montana Folk Festival after the National Folk Festival continued on it's "Different-Location-Every-Three-Years" journey.

The Montana Folk Festival will continue to feature multiple stages with continuous live performances by some of the best traditional performers in the nation, including Montana's finest, some of the region's best traditional artists, ethnic and festival foods, a lively Family Area, and Folklife demonstrations and workshops that focus on a new theme each year that highlights Montana's heritage.
