The population of Bozeman has exploded in the past few years. While some people may complain that the city is growing too fast, foodies in Bozeman couldn't be more excited.
Locals Rave About This New Bozeman Restaurant
The restaurant scene in Bozeman is better than what you'll find in most larger cities. If you take the time to explore the area, there are plenty of hidden gems.

A new Mediterranean restaurant just opened in Bozeman. It's called Spitz, and it's located on E. Main Street. Spitz is locally owned, and its Billings location was the first in the state. Bozeman residents were excited to learn that the restaurant was opening its 2nd location.
Bozeman doesn't have many options for Mediterranean food. If you ask any longtime local, they have fond memories of It's Greek to Me, which unfortunately is no longer open.
I decided to check out Spitz and see what all of the hype was about. The menu includes gyros, wraps, bowls, salads, and more. I went with the Street Cart Doner wrap, and my coworker tried the Remix Bowl.
I was impressed by the quality and freshness. Also, for the price, you get a lot of food. I had to take half of my lunch home. I'm excited to go back and explore more of the items on the menu.
If you're not afraid to try new things, you should visit Spitz. My first experience was great.
Here's a pro tip. It can get very busy around lunch and dinner. If you don't want to wait it line, go to lunch early.
