
Powerful Snowstorm To Pummel Montana with More Snow
Montana is preparing for another massive snowstorm. Here's how much snow is predicted.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning with a possibility of up to 10 inches of new snow in southwest Montana.
Details About New Winter Storm Warning In Montana
The winter storm warning will be in effect from 6:00 p.m. Monday through 6:00 a.m. Wednesday. The following information was provided by the National Weather Service in Great Falls, Montana.

The winter storm warning has been issued for Gallatin County and heavy snow is expected. Total snow accumulations could be anywhere from 4-10 inches. Heavier snow is expected at higher elevations and mountain passes.
The storm could make travel extremely difficult, and hazardous conditions could impact local commutes on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
The greatest snowfall totals are expected in the southeastern end of the Gallatin Valley, including Bozeman. Scattered rain showers are expected Monday afternoon and evening. Monday night, the rain will turn to snow.
Be prepared for changing weather and road conditions, and make room for snow plows. If you commute to work, leave early and give yourself extra time to reach your destination.

Temperatures are expected to start warming again following the storm with highs in the 60s forecasted for next week.
